"We liked all the beds. It has 6 full size plus bed. That worked great for we did not have to share beds. There is a tv in everyroom. It was a quiet neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed the stay. We stayed 3 nights. "

"I selected the property due to proximity to National Parks, and size of the property. Property worked well for our needs. Positives - large living room, kitchen and dining area, large converted garage for extra bedroom space, convenient to grocery stores and local attractions. GREAT wi-fi. Negatives - dishwasher does not work well. Family mentioned the rooms were "dark", and noticed multiple light bulbs were burned out. Both negatives were mentioned to the property owner for correction. ...

Lots of wear and tear on the property (loose towel holders and outlets that were completely disconnected from the wall that we had to warn our children about). The property manager was very kind. I felt like the price was very steep for what we got and the fees made it outrageous."

"Neighborhood was decent. House was neat and tidy except for random bits (e.g., a few legos) in the backyard. There's a nice backyard deck where we ate a couple meals. Location is great -- decent distance to Carlsbad Caverns! There are TVs in every bedroom, a dining room, and the living room. Overall, a nice experience."

"This home was very convenient for us - easy to get onto roads leading to the Caverns and Guadalupe. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The Living Desert was a highlight in Carlsbad and the hike. We ate twice at El Jimador. The Cavern was amazing of course as were hikes in Guadalupe. Only issue some of us had that is not under the owners’ control was the three or four barking dogs in the neighborhood - they were quiet after dark tho. Pat"

"Centrally located home, that made navigation in and around the area easy. Owner/host was overly accomodating going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. House that feels like a home, feels lived in but cozy. Would definitely stay again."
