Carlsbad is the perfect year-round getaway. The weather does not get better than this. Located within a short drive of the finest beaches, LEGOLAND, and restaurants. It's just a quick drive to Four Season's Aviara Golf Course, La Costa Resort, and Spa. Go South on Interstate 5 and you are close to Encinitas, Art, Del Mar Racetrack, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and SeaWorld. Jump on the Coaster and visit downtown San Diego, Harbor, and the World Famous Zoo & SeaWorld. This condo is within driving distance of WaterParks, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Casinos, Disneyland, and Knotts Berry Farm.

Small but comfortable condo with amazing location and views

Unit is right on the beach with the calming sounds and cool breezes you'd expect. Perfect size for a couple that doesn't need to live in luxury. Unit is comfortable and well stocked. We've stayed here before and was glad to see property manager had updated some details, such as new pots and pans and new boogie board. We would definitely stay again

Cant beat the view

This property had a great view and beach access. The home itself was old with very thin walls and floors. As much as we loved the location, we probably wont stay here in the future.

Getaway from MN winter

Property was awesome. Just what we needed. Spent every moment on the deck or walking on the beach. Great space for a couple. Very clean and simple with a spectacular location. Only note would be the bed seems smaller than a queen. We are lean people and felt it was crowded (husband even slept on sofa one night) Would happily stay again!

Such An Amazing Vacay!

The balcony overlooking the water makes you never want to leave this place! We woke up every morning to see dolphins on the move, and ate dinner on the patio in the evenings and saw more dolphins! My boyfriend of 4 years proposed to me at sunset right on the private patio, and it could not have been a more perfect location for that moment. We will definitely be staying again!

Great basic option with fantastic location

This is a great basic/modest option for 2-3 people. The location is perfect and we had no trouble finding street parking on the block the few times drove. Best thing is, we were able to park and walk almost everywhere we needed. We enjoyed great beach time and walks to the village for excellent meals, wine/craft beers and coffee (and many other options available). There is a nice farmers market and Wednesday afternoons, just a few blocks away. We loved sitting on the deck watching the waves and the beach activity too! There are also beach chairs on the deck that can be used for the beach. The furnishing are basic/modest and not elaborate, but sufficient for what we needed for the beach. The kitchen is sparsely supplied compared to other places we've stayed but had what we needed for mostly preparing breakfasts and some lunches there. There were no staples or items left from other guests like salt/pepper, spices, napkins, oil, etc. It did have basic utensils and kitchen appliances. Vacasa was responsive when we discovered there were only 2 forks in the kitchen and only one full roll of toilet paper (for 3 people for 4 days). They delivered forks and the toilet paper within a few hours of us contacting them. It was definitely "as advertised" and we would definitely book there again!

Well appointed, clean, comfortable. Suggestions: furniture on deck was rusty, umbrella did not work. Some information on how to work TV would be helpful. Sunset views superb. No interaction with property manager.

Great beach spot!

The apartment has a fantastic location. It's 2-minute walk down the stairs to the beach, a few minute walk to a lot of restaurants, and a 0-minute walk to enjoy the great deck!

Location!

The location was amazing! The property was super clean, but seems as though it was a DIY renovation. Peel and stick back splash was coming off and paint peeling in the shower. The bed was super comfy! Overall a great place as long as you donā€™t get caught up on the details. We will be coming back. You just canā€™t beat the location!

Ocean Retreat

This is the perfect retreat for those who want to get away to the beach. Location was perfect. Beach access easy. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The views of the ocean and beach were amazing. It was wonderful to wake up to the sounds of the ocean waves every morning. It is great for those who want to relax and stay put. We always found a parking place, but had to be patient.

Comfortable, Convenient and Relaxing

Proximity to beach and everything else is fantastic. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't go back to it until we left. The unit is clean, cozy and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach was very enjoyable. We used the sand chairs to go sit on the beach for a bit, but ultimately preferred the balcony. Wonderful views. There are so many shops and eateries in the surrounding blocks! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks for everything.

Quick Getaway

Family and I came in for quick weekend stay and location of the house was perfect. Beautiful view to Ocean off the patio and access to beach was 50 ft from our door. We love staying in Carlsbad and would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

Anniversary trip

Location and views were top notch, it was hard to go out to eat when we had better views than anywhere easy walk to all shopping and restaurants. Grocery store easy 5 min drive out by hwy5. Saw seals dolphins and whale from the deck. Even with all windows closed still could listen to waves all night long, very good sleep and quiet.
