"We live in the area and find the unit helpful in providing a nice private space for our friends and family who come to visit. The views are gorgeous, the hosts are welcoming and easy to work with, and let's face it, it's just a FUN atmosphere! "

"The property was easy to find. Well marked house # & they left on the lights by garage so easy to see. House was clean & comfortable. We were there for a family wedding and it was perfect. Thank you Catherine!"

"Beautiful, private casita in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Just 5-10 minutes to Carefree and Cave Creek. Communication with hostess, when needed, was fast and she checked in a few times to make sure I had everything that I needed. Beautiful pool and spa, even though weather didn’t cooperate to use them. Comfortable bed and very clean casita with private entrance and own driveway. I hope to stay here again!"

"Clean, quiet, perfect! Instructions and communications with property manager was great, helpful, and prompt. House is amazing! The amount of beds were well appreciated and no one felt cramped. Property is out in the desert and if it weren’t for Apple Maps…we would have been lost. Thank you for helping us celebrate friendships!"

"I found the throws and comforters a bit dusty and, for me, allergenic. The bathroom towel fixtures are not really attached to the wall and are fussy to carry a wet bath towel. I liked the location but the property had been scraped clean; so I think this increased the dust."

"We had an amazing five-day stay in Scottsdale! The property was immaculate—clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we could need in both the kitchen and bathrooms. There was so much to keep us entertained when we weren't out exploring: we enjoyed playing pickleball, relaxing in the hot tub, swimming in the pool, and taking the bikes out along the scenic bike path. Eric, our host, was extremely accessible and responded to any questions with impeccable speed. It truly felt like a home...

It has everything you need: separate entrance with outside area, great layout with a bonus office / work area, off-street covered parking that is close to the casita entrance, all the accommodations are both modern and clean, the hosts are amazing, and the location is close enough to run errands/work/etc but yet it is removed enough to still feel a sense of rural or removal from the busy areas so you can relax. Also, it is a great location for cycling! Overall, I would stay...
