Vacation rental home like no other – Dream Home- Captiva Island

Captiva Dream Home…a vacation rental home like no other. It is a truly special property and a
work of art. Custom built and reimagined down to every minor detail. It is a distinguished home
for those guests that are looking for a unique property that is not your typical vacation home.
Stay in the home designed for world famous artist, Robert Rauschenberg. He welcomed many
movie stars and celebrities to this home over the years.

The location is second to none, being in the heart of Captiva Village just a short walk or golf cart
ride to quaint shops and restaurants. Steps from your expansive porch is the sand…sunset views
are awe inspiring. Are you able to work remotely and your children have virtual or online school
classes? We have Xfinity High Speed wireless interest throughout the home, perfect for distance
learning and Zoom meetings.

There is plenty of space for up to 20 guests complete with a full kitchen, dining area, spacious
living room and endless Gulf views. There is an elevator for easy access to all levels of the
home. The main level of the home has direct Gulf views throughout with an open kitchen to the
dining and living room areas. There is a main level bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite
half bath and a full bathroom and laundry room nearby. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite
includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and stackable washer and dryer. There
is another suite with two king beds and a pull-out twin sofa accompanied by a full bathroom with
dual sinks across the hall. Between these two suites there is a room with two queen beds and an
ensuite half bath. All of the rooms have blackout floor to ceiling blinds for ultimate privacy.
There is a deck in between with seating and Gulf views as well as an upper deck with seemingly
endless water views. On the lower level, there is a game room with arcade games and a foosball
table. Additionally, there is a bonus space with a sitting area and 75’ flat panel TV and
kitchenette space.

The outdoor space on the lower level includes a new expansive heated pool and hot tub, bean bag toss, seating area and a multi-use outdoor table for pool, ping pong, or meals made on the grill! We look forward to
