"We stayed for two weeks, as I was taking part in the Ironman race this October. The property was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was great with everything needed to make meals as neccessary. I had seen some reviews that the oven was difficult to use, but this wasn't a problem for us, the oven seemed very new and hi-tech (who needs their oven to have Wifi?). The garage was also well-stocked with pool / beach toys which were really great for the two young children...

"This was a great place to gather as a family for a big bday celebration. It's a wonderfully comfortable unit, has beautiful grounds and pool and a spectacular sunset view over the Pacific. While we enjoyed dining on the deck the nearby Magic Sands restaurant was also a favorite. My only hesitation for recommending this property is that it will become to popular! "

"Chose this house because of location. Our first time on the big island so wanted to visit both Hilo and Kona side. Location allowed for good options each day as it was less than 2 hours from Hilo, and only an hour away from Hilo . House is great and host is super responsive. You can tell how much this house is cared for. The home is somehow cozy and spacious at the same time. Very charming decor and has a ton of stuff for family nights.
