"I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay."

"Great location to everything you’d want in TROY. Steps away from the Riverwalk with access to several waterfront restaurants. Bus stop right outside property. Location, location, location. Large assortment for breakfast (included). Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, burritos, eggs, bacon, links, potatoes, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, all the toppings you could think of. Top notch. Great for hotel quality. Only thing I didn’t like was no coffee pot in room, but so many shops nearby. "

"An overall wonderful place to stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable however there were old stains across the carpet but otherwise the room itself was clean and comfortable. The morning staff in the downstairs restaurant were very friendly and provided a wonderful service and delicious breakfast. Our only major complaint is the walls are thin. You can here next room conversations, babies crying, etc. The overall hotel and view of the river is fery nice as is the quaint town it rests in."
