About this space
With over 277 sqm of living space, this penthouse is designed for fabulous living and entertaining, making you want to keep coming back for more with your own secure Garage.

Soak in the perfect views, relax and unwind. Enjoy panoramic views of False Bay from every room.

Two large sea-facing bedrooms lead onto a huge patio. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 double beds and its own bathroom.

World-famous Fish Hoek beach is a stone’s throw away.
The space
The living room has floor-to-ceiling concertina doors opening out onto a patio that stretches the full length of the property.

The well-fitted kitchen, with breakfast bar, under counter oven, and hob, Full-size Samsung refrigerator is open plan to the living room, and also enjoys the beautiful ocean and mountain views.

An extensive patio offers relaxing seating and a large dining table to enjoy meals with friends or family. Beautiful lighting for the evening enables you to appreciate a sundowner whilst overlooking the lights of Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay.

The guest bedroom is large and has plenty of cupboards. The master suite is of epic proportions, has an en suite bathroom, a small sitting room, and two private balconies. Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling concertina doors opening onto the patio. There is a full family bathroom with a large shower.A camp cot with a mattress can be set up for babies and toddlers if required.

This penthouse is fitted with two heavy-duty air conditioners. One is in the living area and one is in the master suite. In addition, there are blinds throughout and all sea-facing blinds are motorized for convenience.

A great deal of thought went into the design of every room, as all living spaces enjoy spectacular mountain and sea views. There are several balconies that could serve as private breakfast areas or peaceful reading spaces.

To create a relationship between local people and materials, the furniture has been designed and made by a local artist using locally sourced real teak wood.

With floor space of almost 280 sqm / 3000 sqft, the penthouse has a very comfortable living space. In addition, there is a 38 sqm tandem garage and excellent security.

There is a small communal garden at the back of the property, for those who enjoy pottering, with access via stairs from the kitchen.

We also have an inverter that can provide uninterrupted power for about 4 to 6 hours covering essentials like wifi, lights and Fridge. We also have an outdoor gas grill/stove which can be used during load shedding.
Guest access
Everything - The property is operated as a luxury vacation rental, giving you access to all necessary amenities, from private parking to gas braai facilities to wifi. This penthouse is situated on the top floor of a 3 story property.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged in advance. These are available from 9 am to 5 pm. Extending your stay can be arranged. Just let the host know.
Other things to note
For our golfer friends, the Clovelly Golf Course is just around the corner. Clovelly is rated one of the best courses in the Cape Peninsula, and is more varied than many of the parkland courses.

Four beach chairs, a beach bag and 6 cotton beach towels are available for your use. Feel free to take them to the beach and enjoy your time in the sun! Please make sure you leave the beach chairs in the same condition you found them in.

There are also two mountain bikes with helmets available for your use. These are stored in the garage. We do ask for a deposit of R400 if you would like to make use of the bikes. This will be refunded at the end of your stay provided that the bikes are in the same condition that you found them in. Please chat with your host about the deposit and the bicycle lock combination.

I would like to bring to your attention the provisions we have in place to mitigate the impact of load shedding during your stay. We understand the importance of uninterrupted services, and as part of our commitment to your comfort, we offer an Inverter with advanced batteries to power essential devices like Wi-Fi, lights, and the fridge during power outages.

However, it's important to be aware that, in the unfortunate event of a battery or inverter failure, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer refunds for your stay. While we put forth our best efforts to maintain the batteries and ensure their functionality, there may be instances where external factors such as technological limitations, availability of repair personnel, and other variables come into play.

As you may be aware, the electricity situation in South Africa translates to approximately 3-4 hours of power cuts per day. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in navigating these challenges. Please rest assured that our team remains dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service and comfort during these testing times.
