"This is our 3rd year here and the house is perfect for 9 of us! Very spacious, well equipped and gave us both heat and air conditioning, which we needed for our week's stay! 2 Cool days required sitting by the fireplace, 3 perfect days with windows wide open for Ocean breezes and 2 A/C days for the almost 90 degree heat! Location couldn't be any better! Private beach and panoramic ocean views with plenty of deck space and shade from umbrellas on the hot days. Olivia and Patrick are perfect...

"The cottage is small, but it was the perfect amount of space for my mom, dog, and myself. It was clean, the neighbors were friendly, and the sunset views were absolutely amazing. Thankfully, we could walk to the beach and to the shops because construction traffic on the little road had us blocked in during the day, but we enjoyed exploring on foot! I would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our time spent at this beachfront gem! The location can’t be beat… a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great for our teenagers who were always on the move and who took full advantage of the game room, and for my older parents who loved sitting on the deck with their morning coffee enjoying the view. The house was clean and well-appointed… we made good use of the beach chairs, beach towels and lobster pots. Would definitely come back!!"
