3 Bedroom Mimosa Pool Oasis, Sleeps 8, Outdoor Shower &Hot Tub.Dog & EV Friendly

Perfect for 2 families as there are 2 bedrooms w/ a Queen Bed in each and the third bedroom comes w/a full/twin bunkbed that has a twin pull out in addition to a twin bed. (Sleeps 8 total)

In ground 8ft deep Salt Water Pool perfect for relaxing in the day with your kids if the beach is too much of a chore or having dinner out on the deck. Our yard is fenced in and perfect for your furry friend. *Dog Friendly* Newly added Hot Tub

Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Great for coming together and socializing.

Outdoor shower! Our pool is open seasonally from some part of April until early October, weather permitting. Please reach out to find out if it will be open during your stay. Our Hot Tub is open Year Round!jj

We do have two security cameras on the exterior of the property. One is at our front door and one is on the pool in the backyard for safety.

By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our swimming pool and bunk beds:
1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above;
2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above

Our lush gardens and privacy trees do produce foliage in the pool. Please rest assure we do have pool cleaning and servicing 2x per week and all chemicals are balanced. Due to flexible check in days and 2 night minimums, pool cleaning may happen during your stay.

We were engaged in Cape May and Tricia’s place was the perfect place to relax after our engagement. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the downstairs area and kitchen were comfortable and cozy. We look forward to returning next fall.

Great location and not too far from town or the beach. Outdoor area was a great area to come back after a long day at the beach or shopping and hang out/relax. However, we were disappointed with the air conditioning situation. While the listing stated air conditioning and the AC was working for the living area/kitchen, there was no airflow up in the bedrooms leaving the upstairs hot. There were fans in the windows of the bedrooms but the air conditioners were inside the closets on the floor not set up/not working. This also did not leave much space to put bags/luggage then. But overall, we had a wonderful time!

It had its pluses and minuses
My husband and I and our adult children and parters spent four days here. First, the host is extremely responsive which is great. We loved the pool and hot tub and the neighborhood was quiet. While it was nice that things like toilet paper, soap etc was provided I have to say that I was disappointed in the house for the price I paid..literally everything needs updating..the blurry online pictures don’t really portray that. Beds were old and uncomfortable. It was just not what I was expecting and I chose to be further away from everything because I thought the house was going to be amazing for what I paid. Overall we still had a good time, but others should know this is far from a luxury experience.

Weekend getaway
My family needed a nice time just away from home and this was a perfect spot! We were just a quick bike ride or car ride away from the beach. The backyard was beautiful and the hot tub definitely added to the relaxation we needed. The house was very clean and Tricia was kind and responsive anytime I reached out to her. We would definitely stay here again

A Quiet Comfy Stay in Cape May!
We specifically were looking for somewhere to find a nice quiet weekend in the off season. We picked Cape May and were lucky enough to find Tricia's listing! She was wonderful to communicate with, the house was super clean, and the neighborhood was quiet! It was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was amazing and I can imagine in the summer time it would be an amazing place to stay as well!

What a lovely property!
This is a lovely house! The pool, deck and garden are wonderful highlights. The property is located in a terrific area, close to the beach as well as other notable local attractions, and near an Acme so shopping is a breeze. Lots of nice touches to make visitors feel welcomed (such as coffee and lots of towels!), and a great space for pups!

Weekend getaway
My sister is having a very low key wedding in the fall and I am expecting my first child very soon so a few of us decided to head to Cape May for a wellness weekend. Tricia’s space was the perfect environment to unwind, feel safe and enjoy some peace and quiet. Tricia was very communicative and tentative throughout our short stay. We wished we had more time to unwind here. We would definitely return.

The house provided everything we needed for a great beach getaway - plenty of room to spread out, dog friendly, close proximity to the Cape May beaches, and a beautiful pool to lounge around at night. Highly recommended and will come back again

A home away from home
Excellent customer service. Tricia always responded to my messages and she made sure everything went smooth, from the check in and check out. Home was just right for me and my family, small and cozy. Love how close we were to shopping areas and the beach. We honored the memorybof our daughter and we were so glad we chose this Cape May area and this home. 10 out of 10.
