Enjoy a relaxing family vacation in our beautiful Villa Calm Waters.

The comfortably furnished villa offers an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two dining tables and a comfortable sofa area with TV. A separate living room offers additional space for cozy TV evenings.

The large glass doors take you directly to the beautifully landscaped pool area. Here you will find comfortable sun loungers, a BBQ grill for cozy barbecue evenings, and an outdoor dining area. The beautiful south-facing pool provides refreshment - ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. In the evening the whirlpool invites you to relax. The salt water pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes.

In addition, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided for your trips.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, direct access to the pool area and its own adjoining bathroom with a large shower and bathtub. There is a queen-size bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and two single beds in the 4th.

Thanks to its central location in the southwest of Cape Coral, you can quickly reach restaurants, supermarkets, leisure facilities, etc.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
