'BEST BUY' Affordable & Beautiful Waterfront Condo w/Sunbathing Deck

Enjoy the comfort of this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of four boat docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.

Travel Nurse-Extended Stay
The Waterfront Condo was peaceful and enjoyable. We were able to relax with plenty of privacy. The sun deck was fantastic and we had several visitors including dolphins and gators. My husband and I also enjoyed fishing and taking a nice dip in the pool on occasion. Jeff and his dad were excellent. Our only issue was ants which are pretty common in Florida so no biggie. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a very nice condo in a excellent location. We were able to fish off of docks. Close to everything. Only thing that I would recommend to the owner, the beach chairs should be updated. It was everything advertised and more. We would recommend and would stay again

Perfect Get Away Spot
Just returned home from 3 fabulous weeks at this beautiful condo, peaceful, gorgeous setting with a huge deck to sit by the canal and relax, watching the boats go by. Condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need plus! Very clean, the king bed was so comfortable, the shower was great and the owner was very quick to address any concerns, which were minor. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who may be looking for the perfect spot! We loved it so much that we already booked it for next January for a month!

Scenic and well-equipped
This waterfront condo contained everything we might possibly need for our vacation, including beach chairs and even fishing rods! We truly appreciated the extra touches, like the supply of coffee filters and free wifi. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the boats drive by. Our first VRBO experience was a very good one.

Nice location, quiet street, pretty canal. Dock and pool very nice.Condo needs some tlc.
We like the area, the canal, explored cape coral. Had a few minor issues. Front toilet leaks, stove light burnt out, several blinds don't work, landscaping very o er grown. Porch view obstructed.

Wonderful Vacation!
My wife and I vacationed here for two weeks and absolutely loved everything about the area location as well as the property itself. The owner goes above and beyond to supply and equip the condo with everything you may need to experience a relaxing and enjoyable stay. All you need to bring are your personal items. The property was professionally cleaned as we could tell from the fresh smell from the moment that we first walked in which was a concern with COVID etc. The location was ideal as we were close to shopping, dining and beaches. We also enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the screened lanai overlooking the canal. Overall, I can't think of anything about this property that we didn't like from the price, amenities provided, location and ease of check in and check out. I would strongly recommend this condo for your vacation.

Just Wonderful
I would highly recommend this rental property. The apt is very comfortable and has EVERYTHING you need to cook, clean, etc. The bathrooms are fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is heated and rarely in use when we go there. It's got a little tiki hut out on the water that is covered and you can sit and watch the boaters if you don't have your own to dock there. Just marvelous. The neighborhood is extremely quiet...you barely know they are there.

Easy to book, didn't get cancelled, easiest check in and out I ever did going on vacation. AWESOME!
Very nice and relaxing, beautiful canal with a great deck to sit and just rest, fish, watch the boats or in our case the fireworks. Would highly recommend staying here. The place was very well equipped even better than the timeshare I own!!

Great Cape Coral Property
We stayed the week of July 4th, 2019 This property is a hidden jewel. It looks even better than the pictures. It's a very comfortable place to stay and it feels like you are at home. It was very HOT and humid that week and it was great to come back at the end of the day to the cool air conditioning and comforts of home. We did limited cooking and it had everything you could have wanted to cook full meals. Everything worked and everything was clean! The beds were good and we both slept great. It's also a handy location close to dining, grocery stores and shopping. I would suggest getting a Sunpass while you are in the area for tolls. Looking for the WIFI password was the only minor issue we encountered. We found it on the wall adjacent to the phone on the counter top island. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Look No Further!
We stayed at this two bedroom condo for a week in July and couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more at a very affordable price. Loved the lanai with canal view, the deck with tiki hut, and the pool. The location is accessible to many of the gulf coast beaches, restaurants and shopping. Jerry was great to work with and provided information such as driving directions and nearby places to visit. He was always available by phone call or email to answer any questions. We definitely made the right choice and would not hesitate to stay here again!
