Welcome to Arabella Ranch, a stunning vacation home nestled on a peaceful 8,500 sq ft, property surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees. Conveniently located, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and other amenities just a 5 to 10-minute drive away.

Unlike most vacation rentals in Cape Coral, Arabella Ranch offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. From the outside, it resembles a ranch house straight out of Wyoming or Texas, but step inside, and you’ll discover a sleek, contemporary interior with all the comforts of home. Privacy is a key feature—while there are neighbors, you won’t see them. Surrounded by nature and wildlife, this home offers complete serenity.

The farmhouse-style front porch invites you to sit and relax on the Hollywood swing or at the cozy table and chairs. Inside, the open-plan living area features ultra-modern furnishings, carefully selected decor, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy peaceful moments on the swing bed, taking in the tranquility of your surroundings.

With approximately 600 sq ft, of living space, Arabella Ranch is perfect for large groups or families. The main house includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while a separate guest apartment offers its own kitchen, living/dining area, bedroom, and bathroom (70 sq ft). For entertainment, the main house is equipped with 9 TVs, and the guest apartment has 2 more, including access to German TV channels.

On the first floor, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar, a dining area that seats up to 12, a modern lounge with TV, and a comfortable living area with a vintage wood-burning fireplace (decorative only). There’s also a small dining nook, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The upper floor, accessible via a freestanding wooden staircase, includes a master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, an office with a glass floor, and a game room with a pool table, bar, and TV. The master suite opens onto an 80 sq ft, balcony that runs the length of the house, with seating and loungers available.

The expansive 200 sq ft, south-facing terrace is the perfect place to unwind, complete with a comfortable seating area, panoramic screen, and beautiful views of the surrounding nature. A spa attached to the pool offers room for up to 12 people, and both the pool and spa can be heated. There’s also a gas grill for outdoor barbecues.
