"Huge second-floor apartment right on Commercial Street—easily fits six people. The single bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, and the unit is stocked with everything from kitchenware to beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, which our dog appreciated. The two back bedrooms are quiet; we stayed in the front room facing Commercial and while there was some ambient noise, it was never disruptive—especially with the A/C on. Great water pressure,...

"Prime Location-Amazing Views-Gracious HospitalityWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jo and Mike's property. A real gem! It was very comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities and extras too. The location is a nice, walkable neighborhood and central to all the Cape has to offer. The large windows and sliding doors provided wide views of the lake and the covered patio was the perfect spot for relaxing. The owners reside upstairs but there was minimal noise heard below in the apartment....

"This was my friend and I’s first time to Provincetown. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The space was perfect allowing each of us our own bedroom and a large updated bathroom. It’s no frills and very basic but that’s all you need. Amazing outdoor space with view of the monument and great sunsets. The location was right in the middle of everything making it so easy to pop in and out throughout the day and night. Would 100% stay here again."
