I am available when needed during the day, I teach at night, however, will message you when able. We give you the beach home during your stay and allow you the privacy. I won't enter unless you are notified.

Welcome to the Space Coast! Beach side is THE place to be in Brevard County. Festivals, games, rides, miniature golf, restaurants, bars and more attractions are all walking distance.
A short ride to downtown Cape Canaveral or Historic Cocoa Village. So much to see, so little time!

Bicycles are available through Sunny Delight or the County rents them as well (less than 1/2 block from the house). A few great parks are in the area with the library less than 1 block from the house too.
Uber and Lyft are throughout the area as well as public transportation. For transportation to and from the Airport use Space Coast Transport.

1 block from A1A, on the border of Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to some local spots or ride the bikes. An active area being close to to the beach. Very safe neighborhood and home.

Free parking, One parking spot in front of your garage. Additional parking in front of house on grass.NO Cars parked in the garages.

Perfection
The reviews are correct. This place is awesome! Location is lovely, the extras are truly extra, and the description is accurate (if anything, itā€™s better than the description). We were here for a conference at Calvary Chapel Merritt Island with a couple of extra days for relaxation, and Sunny Delight was truly delightful. Beach renovation made the walk a little longer, but even that isnā€™t an issue; plus, the beach will be even better when theyā€™re done.Blessed to stay here!

Place was great, we came for the beach, they had all the gear you need for going to the beach, the bikes they have for you to use make it super easy and convenient to get to the beach. Also, the boogie boards they offered were pretty cool. The most comfortable that Iā€™ve slept in outside of my house. It was wonderful. I canā€™t say enough good things about this place what you see is what you get..

We had a one night stay before our cruise. We unfortunately did not get to take advantage of all the property has to offer due to a flight delay. The property was as described and every detail was very well thought out. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great spot!
We only stayed for one night, the night before boarding a cruise, but we loved Sunny Delight. The beach-themed decor was just wonderful, and the house had everything we needed and more. Upon arriving, we found a very helpful guest manual that Laura put together, along with snacks, water, and a basket filled with personal care items for guests who may have forgotten something - very well thought out and cute presentation! The house is located in a great area; a gas station/convenience store is a quick walk around the corner, and Publix is a very short drive from the house. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just a hop, skip, and jump away. We had a delicious meal at Coconuts on the Beach. For cruisers, it's worth noting that the port is a 5-10 minute drive from the house - super convenient! This would be a great house for a girls' trip or for a small family. Although we didn't have time to use them, we noticed bicycles and beach items in the garage for guest use. Although it was short, we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality provided by Laura & Bob!

Great Home!
This was our first time renting a VRBO. It was such a wonderful experience. The home was everything it was expected to be and more. Laura and Bob were excellent to communicate with. They gave us tons of information about local happenings. The nice fenced in yard for our Dogs was very convenient it was nice to sit outside and relax and not have to worry about them taking off anywhere. If I could give 110% I would.

Family Vacation
We stayed at Sunny Delight for our family vacation in October. I highly recommend! The house was spotless. They were equipped with all the essentials you would need for a beach day, had lovely suggestions for local places to visit, and lots of little "extras" that made our stay quite comfortable. We hope to come back here if we visit this area again!

Home away from home
We loved staying at Sunny Delight. It was close to everything that Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach have to offer. The beach that was close felt very private and peaceful and was just a short walk away. We had everything we needed and our host Laura & Bob responded super fast whenever we had any questions about check in and check out. Would recommend them for sure!

Fantastic stay in Cape Canaveral
We had a fantastic time at this cozy and conveniently located home near the beach. It was a perfect fit for the two of us and our two dogs. Easy 3 block walk to beach access, though dogs are not allowed in that area of the beach. We found a dog-allowed area further south in Cocoa Beach. Did sightseeing at Kennedy Space Center and Brevard Zoo and the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. Mostly just lots of relaxing at the house and walks on the beach. Laura was great to work with, everything was as described. We really appreciated the provided snacks, bathroom supplies, ample beach towels and beach gear. We will definitely be back!!

Fully supplied home in a terrific location. Newly remodeled and decorated. Steps from the beach. Pro tip: the left side of the duplex gets more sun, the right side is more shady.

Absolutely loved this little beach house. A quick walk to the beach and so much to do. The house was cozy and comfortable. When I had difficulty with hot water in the shower, a quick message to the owner and response on how far to turn the handle and problem solved. Will definitely look at staying here again when Iā€™m in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Delight. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and all the amenities needed. The owners were very attentive. The home is perfectly located to get to local attractions, such as the beach, pier and Kennedy Space Center. We were lucky enough to be there for a launch and watched from the beach a couple of blocks from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place!
We had an incredible time staying at the Sunny Delight. Laura was a fantastic host and even returned to the property to turn the lights on when our flight was delayed and she knew we would be arriving in the middle of the night. There were also lots of great touches - snacks, a sign welcoming us and extra toiletries (the tube of travel toothpaste totally bailed me out!) The property is a short walk to the beach. I can't say enough positive things about this property or the hosts - an easy 5/5 stars. So great! Don't hesitate to stay!

Laura was a wonderful host!! Everything was as pictured. We had an amazing week at this venue with short walks to the beach, stores within walking distance, and a short drive to the parks in Orlando. This stay had everything we needed for the beach. I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars!!!

We went over to let our girls surf for a few days. Everything is just as the pictures show in the listing. What's not in the listing is all of the details the hosts have put into the property. Little things I call everything that you might forget and touches you don't normally get in rentals. Beach access two blocks away with tons of parking. The one off buchanan has a mat out to the beach which is great if you are pulling a wagon or cart. Don't hesitate get it now!

Our overall experience was excellent, owner was very friendly and helpful. The property was in a really nice neighborhood close to beach. The rental was very clean and well stocked for our needs. It went above our expectations and would gladly rent again.
