This spacious, beautiful Studio with 1 bathroom that has been COMPLETELY renovated and redecorated, including a new bathroom, kitchen, and all new flooring and furnishings!

Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, this spacious 400sqft studio provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of 2 beds, this property sleeps 4 comfortably. Here is what the studio includes:

Living Room:
• Full sized sofa with a queen pull out bed
• Flat screen TV equipped with cable and Roku/Smart TV
• DVDs, board games, and books for your entertainment
Kitchen:
• Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances
• Dinner ware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, and everything else for making a meal
• Coffee maker with complimentary coffee
Bedroom:
• Comfortable Queen bed with luxurious linens
• Large closet for storage of your luggage and clothes
Bathroom:
• Beautifully renovated bathroom complete with towels and washrags
Extras:
• WiFi Access
• Storage shed for beach equipment
• Beach equipment including: beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, and a beach wagon to transport it all

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything needed for me to cook with was available. Hopefully this property will be available in October when I return. I didn’t realize I had neighbors until they checked out. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Comfortable study
Nice cozy unit. Lots of space in main room. Kitchen adequate but if wanting to use oven,might need to bring a baking dish. Unit connected to another unit and sounds do come thru theconnecting

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is nice and clean. Only issue was the adjoining wall is thin…on the final night a group checked into the adjoining rental and stayed up well past midnight yelling and singing, which was less than pleasant considering I had to wake up for work and it disturbed my dog.

Cheerful and Clean
We spent a few days with our teens at this location. Nice place, and Alexander was very helpful and prompt when we had questions. We always value cleanliness when traveling, and this place met our expectations. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was not over crowded at all! And we rode bikes to Ron Jon’s. Another highlight was watching a rocket launch from the beach! Nice place!

Excellent for me and my 2 kids!
As a single mom, vacations are hard to come by. This was a beautiful home that was very affordable, had everything we needed, and the best part was the outdoor shower to limit the sand coming in the home! Very easy access too! Loved it!

Fantastic!
We were initially blown away by how updated and large this place was! It was larger than anticipated and more updated then the pictures showed which felt like a nice upgrade. We had zero complaints. It was so clean. Everything worked great. The inside temp was so comfortable after a hot day on the beach and it felt like such a safe stay. All of the complimentary beach equipment was also a very nice plus. We had a damaged umbrella and Alex brought by a new one within 30 minutes of letting him know. We will definitely be staying again!

Just what we were looking for.
We were looking for a small place for the two of us, after a cruise. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return next winter. We had a couple questions and received almost immediate response from the owner. We were very pleased.

Cute studio 10 minute walk to beach
Check in directions clear and easy to follow. Location is great if you want to catch a launch it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is nice with a full size electric range and dishwasher. Comfy bed and nicer towels. The pots and pans were sparse and heavily scratched. There is a nice outdoor table for eating outside. You can walk about 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach Pier restaurants. Missing from the supplies were a spatula and tongs-probably why pans are scratched. The fridge is not connected to water, so no ice is made, and there were no ice trays.

Gorgeous and comfortable property with everything you need
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only frustration was a lack of parking for a guest. The ad was clear that there was only 1 parking spot in the driveway, but I didn't realize there was no street parking or any place close for a guest to park. Other than that 1 inconvenience, I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Overall I really loved this property. The location was ideal, the neighborhood watch was always circulating to make sure we were safe, and the cleanliness was superb. The fact that this property already had a wagon, umbrella, and cooler for our convenience was a game changer. My only critique was the walls are very thin & there is another rental on the other side of the wall. Basically, you could hear everything going on next door.

one month stay was enjoyable
We stayed the month of February, brought our bikes, and absolutely loved the area and location of the rental. We were able to walk or bike most places. It's a very convenient location, the beach is just a few blocks, and several good restaurants in the area. The rental was well-stocked, and about the only thing that would have helped is a dresser. It has a small closet so we hung up what clothes we could, but otherwise used our suitcases on the floor. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

Amazing weekend getaway
Reserving the property was easy. Jordan was easy to communicate with. The place was spotless and exactly as described. I loved it! Perfect place for a getaway. Plus it was two blocks from the Sheriff’s office, so I felt safe the whole time. And only a few blocks from the beach!!!!

Cute but...
La casita is adorable and was very clean. One issue was there is no dresser, living out of a suitcase for a week is not ideal. The other issue is how clearly you can hear through the walls to the house attached. If no one is staying there while you are (as was the case for our first few days) it’s perfect. However, guests came to stay on the last leg of our trip and we could hear everything when they were in the front part of the house, we could clearly hear just their normal inside voice conversations. And we could clearly hear the toddler screaming in the middle of the night.

What a cute and clean place!
I loved staying at this place but with one exception. I could hear everything going on in the attached place next to me - so that made me wonder if they could hear me. My friends in the area came over to visit me as well and just thought the place was the cutest place ever and would stay there themselves. Oh - one suggestion bring a clock -there were none in the place.

Beautiful and clean! Minutes from the beach!
This is my new favourite stay in Cape Canaveral! Located in a quiet, low-traffic residential area. Clean, spacious, and modern. Beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Comfy linens, lots of extra amenities. Beautiful tiled shower. Even a little wagon to tow the beach supplies. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower to get all the sand off! Close to the beach, about a ten minute walk. CircleK convenience around the corner. Restaurants within walking distance. Cocoa Beach Pier is about a 25 minute walk. Jordan is just a phone call away, and I appreciated that we could delay our check-out time by one hour. We loved it here and will definitely return! We have a couple of suggestions: maybe bicycles for tenants who don’t have a rental car - that would be awesome! Also, the adjoining door to the other side of the house provides no noise barrier. During our stay a large group moved in and were in the partying mood. This definitely needs some attention, as it made our final evening there somewhat uncomfortable. Also, body boards need to be replaced and one of the outdoor chairs is broken - fabric is torn away from the frame. Also, the TV cable box was not working. These are just a few suggestions to make your beautiful space even better.

Nice and Comfortable
We rented the studio from August 18-22, 2018. Owner Jordan was very accommodating to let us check in early so we could rest after the red-eyed flight the night before. The studio was roomy, newly renovated, nicely decorated and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A small dresser (in place of the sofa table) and a hair dryer would be nice additions to make the studio perfect. The location is very good with many good restaurants nearby. Although the beach down the street is at walking distance, it might be a little too far in the heat of summer. You can drive instead because beach access and a handful of free public parking spaces are available at every block. Cape Canaveral and adjacent Cocoa Beach still have the 60-70s vibe and small beach town atmosphere that is less than 1-hour drive to Kennedy Space Center, Titusville for kayaking to see Manatees and bioluminescence, surrounding area like Orlando Wet Land, Christmas Historical Homes, and Airboat ride on St. John River. The Studio definitely provided the comfort of home after a tired day of exploring.
