RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Giava was born from the recovery and restoration of a farmhouse of the first years of '900. The house is very close to a little stream surrounded by green and quiet woods. The owners have preserved the original structure and most of the original material like ceiling bricks and sturdy wood beams matching today the present bright colours and contemporary interior design. The property is in the countryside, just 4 kms from the suggestive medieval centre of Lucca and a few kilometres from the art cities of Pisa and Firenze. The beautiful beaches of Versilia, the well-known locations of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are not so far.
Interiors
The house is on two levels with five rooms on the first floor, all different one from another and all equipped with ensuite bathroom with shower. The ground floor is characterized by a large living room with fireplace and table and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary you may need. On the ground floor there are also a service bathroom, a laundry room and on the entrance an internet point.
