"Rooms are spacious and each have their own controller for heat or air conditioning so you can keep the room temp to your liking. The deck is huge and perfect for hanging outside even in wet weather because it’s totally covered. Nice fully stocked kitchen with a variety of appliances and kitchen utensils. The nice surprise was the garage with the ping pong table and work out equipment. They also provide a stroller high chair and pak n play if you have a baby"

"Perfect! We needed a place to stay on our way up to Washington. We have a dog over 100 lbs and it’s very hard to find a hotel that will take him. This place was very clean, beautiful renovations and very dog friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely stay again! "

"This is a very quiet and cute spot away from city life. The host Kathy is a wonderful sweet soul. I enjoy the wild turkey also. Thank you so much Kathy for the wonderful conversation and your amazing hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"We had a great stay and home was just what was advertised. There were so many personal touches and the owner was great to deal with. There was a problem with the A/C before we arrived which was quickly relayed to us by owner and they had it fixed just after our arrival. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. "

"This property was perfect for our needs. It is in a great location on a hill away from all the noise. With the massive sf layout we had no problem settling in. "

"We have family in Roseburg that we like to visit. Our children are grown so when we all go to Roseburg, we would normally need to get 3 or 4 hotel rooms. This property allows us to spend time together, cook together and relax. Well appointed and clean. Super friendly and helpful host - accomodated us on all special requests! This is our go to place to stay when we're in Roseburg - we've stayed several times. We'll be back again soon! "

"This place was heaven. VERY clean, decorated adorably and well supplied for all my needs. It is in a quiet neighborhood and provided me a respite in the evenings after a stressful day. The patio and plants outside were beautiful. I just can’t find enough words to say how great this VRBO is. I hope to come back!"

"A little out of the way location for a nice family getaway. House was very clean and you were not wanting for anything. Nice bottle of Wine and Cheese and of course fruit. We will definitely be back."

The host was extremely attentive and informative with check on and out process and also making sure we could contact her at any time if needed. "Unkept property. Unsafe neighborhood. Host never showed up."

"Attractive tiny house, well equipped, peaceful neighborhood, convenient to town. Bedroom is a bit small, but living area and bath (with shower and washer/dryer) are good sized. Helpful owner suggested Brix local restaurant we really liked too. Nearby Upper Umpquah waterfalls, hiking, river rafting made a nice vacation."

"Very impressed and happy we found a place to stay when we come to see the grandbabies! Very clean, quiet,,great location and everything we needed was there! Highly recommend!"

"This is one of the best Motel I have stayed in. Not much of a morel person but this was the only pet friendly property in the area. They have modern furnishings, working TV with Netflix and all which is so rare. Sheets and towels were very clean, again super rare for a budget hotel/motel. The AC/heater was not noisy as most other motels have. Over all a great value for the price"

"Ela fica bem proxima da Old Roseburg e bem proxima da estrada. Ficamos uma noite apenas de passagem indo para Eureka sentido sul da California. Os restaurantes proximos sao bem poucos. O ideal e ir de carro a algum dos mall proximos a cerca de 5 kilometros , pegando a estrada I5 sentido norte"
