When venturing around, you'll discover a variety of activities and attractions including tubing on Guadalupe or Comal rivers, great dining and live music in Gruene, and you'll also be close enough for day trips to Fredericksburg, San Antonio, or Austin. Be sure to visit Comal Park, Jacobs Creek Park, the Devil's Backbone, Canyon Lake Gorge, and The Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country.

Beautiful and bright, the interior of Canyon Lake Retreat is the perfect place to curate memories with the people you love the most. Spend your afternoons gathered in the living room, playing board games, and watching movies. Steps away, the full kitchen positively gleams with its full suite of stainless steel appliances, center island, and granite countertops.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
