With several boat ramps within three miles for easy access, you can anchor your boat at the back of the property and enjoy the quiet cove with your loved ones. Enjoy hosting gatherings on the deck or covered patio that's filled with comfortable patio furniture and a fire table to tell stories until the stars come out to dot the sky. Less than 200 ft from the home, take a romantic walk to the shoreline with the lighted path and twinkle lights in the trees.
Take your loved ones on an adventure with delightful nearby activities in North Park, Canyon Lake Dam, Whitewater Amphitheater, Schlitterbahn Water Park, and several wineries, all within a 20-mile radius. Play outdoor games in the expansive yard and enjoy ladder golf, cornhole, giant Jenga, and disc golf.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the modern and well-appointed living area. Marvel at the chic furnishings bathed in natural light, the plush furniture, the eclectic art, and the comfort in every corner. Make yourself at home by curling up on the sofa with a good book, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or sipping a favorite beverage on the expansive balcony. Create culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Find the epitome of comfort in the main level spa-like bathroom complete with an oversized walk-in shower and bidet. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, creating memories that'll last a lifetime.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
For little guests, a baby gate and a Pack 'N Play is provided.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Fireplace is not for guest use.
An EV charger is available for guests use.
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
