BELLA LAGO VISTA AT CANYON LAKE! WATERFRONT WITH AMAZING VIEWS! - An Amz Getaways Property

Come enjoy this beautiful lakefront home with an easy walk down to the water, a perfect family vacation spot. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. Downstairs has an additional living room/play area, with a sleeper sofa, as well as two additional guest bedrooms. Views are fantastic from both the main floor and downstairs. The home is situated at the end of a peninsula to ensure a bit of privacy and is very close to boat ramps, and a park with tennis and basketball courts.

Bella Lago Vista at Canyon Lake! Waterfront With Amazing Views offers a convenient home base to explore attractions, yet take advantage of nearby Canyon Lake's quiet, natural setting. Canyon Lake Marina is about 20 minutes away, where you can rent a boat or a variety of water toys. Float the Horseshoe, then take in a show at the Whitewater amphitheater, which has become known as the Live Music Show Capital of South Texas. Gruene and Canyon Lake are famous for their abundance of country music shows, dinner eateries, theater venues, and shopping. Wineries abound in the Hill Country, and why not take a trip to the San Marcos outlet malls? Did we mention Antique Shopping? We have the best antique shops around. There are many things to see and do in and around Canyon Lake all year round to make your vacation memories the best ever!

Best Lake access
This house was perfect for our group. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom! Second living room downstairs was nice. The walk to the lake is very easy and getting in is even easier. My mom and dad 70 did it and my daughter 5 also had no problems. Deer came right into the backyard. Plenty of space in the driveway for our 3 cars. Neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. One thing to keep in mind is they do not have any spices or condiments leftover from other guests. Not a bad thing but some houses leave all that so other guest and use and some houses do not. HEB is 20mins away which is nice. My only con would be they do not have any gates for the stairs inside or outside. It would be nice for families with little ones. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Memorial Day Fun
We had a great time at the house. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The location was wonderful and the views of the lake were outstanding. It was a bit of a hike down to the rocky water but the lake level is low. The property could use a few updates with the outdoor furniture, grill, and some of the towels. The rooms fit our group well. Many laughs were shared!

Great location, not that clean or stocked
The home layout and location were great. We had 8 people, so each had their own bed, which was perfect. The house wasn’t as well kept as I would have expected for the price. None of the sliding doors locked (except for one), the vents were black with dust, there were major cobwebs in the higher windows and almost every drawer in the kitchen was broken. The dishwasher reeked of rot, but running it helped. There was a large fallen tree branch on the lower deck. Floors, counters, table surfaces were all clean. The listing included a coffee machine that clearly needed to be descaled (gross), but there was no coffee available at all, and no other small stocked things that every other place I have rented has had (like salt and pepper, powdered creamer, etc), so knowing that ahead of time would have been helpful. There were nowhere near enough linens for 8 people at all. Overall it did the job, but this property needs more love and stocking for future bookings. I would stay again if they fixed these things.

Everything was great! The only suggestions we would make are that it would have been nice to have more patio furniture on the 1st floor to sit in the shade. The other suggestion would have been to supply swim towels and swim floats or mention that in the description of the property to bring some. Thank you!

Memorial Day Weekend 2022
We really loved this place! We and 2 other families go to canyon lake every Memorial Day weekend. This was by far one of the nicest homes in which we have stayed. It was very clean and there was plenty of room to spread out with both the upstairs den and downstairs den. We rented a boat two days and then floated in the cove on the 3rd day. It was a lot of fun. The kids threw the frisbee and football in the spacious yard and we grilled fajitas and burgers on the outdoor grill. We had a great (and exhausting), weekend, due largely in part to this beautfiul home!

Houston Peeps Getaway
We had a great time at this property. It is beautiful and so relaxing. We were able to walk down to the water each morning and evening and play in the water. We went to Schlitterbahn one day which was a 30 min drive away. We also had a boat to use another day (we brought) and enjoyed every minute on Caynon Lake. The house was very nice! It could have used better cleaning and exterminating before we arrived (some spider webs, flys, lots of dead rolly pollies and a scorpion). Overall a great stay and we hope to come back.

We had a great time!
Great location! Our family had a great time. A few things we noticed: there were ground bees on the lower level flag stone with crushed granite in between. Lower level sliding screen fell out. Advertised a standard coffe make, but there was a Keurig. Only had to garbage bags for 4 nights and 8 people.
