- Location Perks: Our home is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy the vibrant community atmosphere! We’re also just a 2-minute drive from St. Lawrence University, as well as a 5-minute drive from SUNY Canton.

- Family-Friendly & Pet-Friendly: Our home features a family-friendly game room that keeps everyone entertained, along with kid-friendly dishware, a high chair, and a pack 'n play for your convenience. We also welcome up to 2 pets, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure. The spacious backyard is fenced yet has an open area by the patio, making it perfect for both children and pets to play and explore. Doggie poop bags are provided for your convenience.

- Train Sounds: Please note that our property is near a train track, so you may hear an occasional train passing some mornings. We recommend light sleepers bring earplugs, but many guests find the sounds soothing and a part of the charm of the area.

- Security: We have two EXTERIOR motion-activated cameras recording audio and video: one covers the front entrance porch, and the other monitors the back shed to ensure safety while maintaining privacy as best as possible. None are monitoring guest common areas.
