"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. "We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again."

"Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "

"Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available.
