"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport .
The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely .
a nice place to relax in .
The communication was great ,and the local information provided was very helpful .

"We arrived before the check-in time and dropped our luggage there, wich was placed in our room when we finally got to the room. The staff couldn't be nicer. The hotel is located by the entrance to the Cathedral, near stores, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable clean room. Ours was an ensuite. I would definitely recommend it. "

"We got to the hotel early so that we could look around Canterbury. Parking at the hotel is via an App,(it was not like that last time we stayed), being Old it took us over half an hour to pay for the parking, bare that in mind if you are old and not OK with modern Apps and you don't have a smart phone the telephone numbers on the "Ringo notice board do not help with paying for parking", basically a nightmare. "Great location for me, within walking distance of all the major sites, plenty of dining options nearby, the building itself was a treat! Staff was helpful. I was having a minor laundry emergency (a previous booking didn't have laundry services as advertised) and they were kind enough to accommodate me quickly and efficiently. The only down sides were seasonal. Our stay coincided with high temperatures and our room was stuffy, which is completely understandable, but the windows were not screened....
