"House is very spacious much more than what you see in the pictures. Beach is nice with very few tourists or locals. feels almost private. A plus is that you can fish from the pier which is at walking distance. We enjoyed our time in Telchac."

"We had a very nice stay. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. I think a bistro table and chairs on the covered deck would have been nice so we could enjoy the back yard in the morning and one of the longing chairs were broken so only one of us could enjoy the sunny days. I would certainly stay there again and hopefully they do some upgrading to accommodate the outdoor experience in a beautiful back yard setting...

The kids loved the pool and hot tub and taking the kayaks and paddle boards out in the ocean during low tide. "Air conditioning was awful. The rooms would turn off and the living room didn’t have it. The kitchen is just set up as a decoration. You can’t even use it. You have to use the back up kitchen they told us we broke a couple little arrangements which we never did. They just wanted to keep our deposit? I’ve been trying to call them back for the deposit and now they’re not responding back to me, really bad communication very upset "

It is off the road set in among an orchard and forest.The the property managers, met us at the house and helped us get settled in.He showed us where to go to some cenotes about 1/2 hour away. She was exceptionally helpful in taking care of us with everything we needed."

"Incredible, peaceful, and beautiful place. A great mix of jungle, hacienda ruins, posh facilities, and a healing, new age vibe. Quite remote, but that is part of the intrigue. The food is also incredible (even my husband, who is a dedicated carnivore, was floored by it. All the staff was fantastic and very thoughtful about the experience they wanted to create. Wish we stayed longer to get to relax and unwind in such a special spot. "
