"For a short stay in Venice, this accommodation was perfect. Communication with Luisa was very good. We had a problem with the shower which she dealt with the same day. Location was brilliant. A couple of minutes walk from the vaporetto. We found a wonderful local restaurant Trattoria Cea which was very close by and served authentic delicious food."

"The apartment was very nice and cozy. It was on the 3rd floor (2 floors above the ground floor) with the owner on the floor below in case we had any issues which we did not. The apartment was quite conveniently located near the water bus stop at Madonna d'Otra. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. The entering and exiting takes a bit of practice, as there are many keys and locks involved in this situation. The spaces are roomy and comfortable. There are very good locally frequented restaurants nearby. The area is perfect - a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist center but close enough to get everywhere. We loved the entire experience, EXCEPT, the 4th floor walk-up. 42 narrow stairs up to this apartment. We just happen to have to many pieces of luggage and at our age this was a chore. Mgr, alerted us to a Porter Service down on the docks, but this was after we were already at the location. We will definitely stay here again on future visits with less luggage. ...
