"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Fontanera. Very good communication with the host throughout the whole stay and beyond (as we forgot shoes). The house is perfectly suited for larger groups with individual bathrooms for each room. The views and garden including pool are great. Located on the hill you can choose to either walk to Gravedona (approx. 30 mins), take a bus or the car. We would definitley recommend it."

"Unseren Aufenthalt kann man im Allgemeinen als gut bezeichnen. Bemängelt wird, dass keine geeignete Kaffeemaschine für Zubereitung nach deutscher Art vorhanden war (Pulverkaffee, keine Pads). Das Türschloß vom Gartentor ist defekt, was insbesondere bei der Anreise, sowie im weiterem Aufenthalt zu Komplikationen führte.Das Umfeld der Treppe war verschmutzt. Fernsehempfang gestört (schwaches Signnal) außerdem nur italienische Sender."

"das Häuschen liegt wunderschön ruhig gelegen oberhalb des Comersees, ideal zum Ausspannen. Die Nächte sind sehr angenehm kühl. Die Betreuung war sehr nett. Die Strassen da hoch sind leider jedoch in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Auto muss ziemlich Geländetauglich sein um hoch zu kommen."
