Just 2 km from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo, this holiday flat lies on the 1st floor of a large country house. The house is surrounded by a large, fenced-in area suitable if you wish to have barbecues or meals outside with friends. All the flats are fully equipped with practical furniture perfect for a seaside holiday. This child-friendly apartment CM3 has an independent entrance, a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) and a bathroom and it can accommodate 4 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fireplace, a high chair (on request) and a shaded car park. Relax in the idyllic outside area with a large communal garden with a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. The popular and busy holiday resort of Marina di Campo with numerous restaurants, shops, cafés and bars as well as the nearest beach are about 3 minutes by car. The beautiful beach of Cavoli is 5 km and the enchanting bay of Fetovaia is 7 km away from the house.
