"My wife and I frequent the Texas Hill Country and look for quiet cabins in remote areas. This one was perfect for us. The cabin is well maintained, clean, and lacking in nothing. The location was remote, quiet, and literally on the river. It is hard to access the water because of the steep river bank. There is a large rope provided to stabilize your climb down and back up. Not a problem for us able-bodied old folks. Kids would love it. We found our stay to quite enjoyable and look...

"It was so much more than I could have imagined. The location is ideal for either GSP or LM and the amenities were excellent. We spent most of the day time at the parks, but our evenings consisted of relaxing at the getaway. Dinner on the outdoor charcoal grill was amazing and the fire pit was a perfect ambiance for the nighttime hill country. I should also mention breakfast on the stove with a light fire going outside was mint. Would definitely recommend for a secluded getaway. "

" Our family enjoyed staying here. Easy check in, nice location. The cabin had everything needed to make our stay easy. We were able to cook and even bake brownies. maybe a rice cooker would be nice, it would make cooking rice easier. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard. Close to garner sate park and lost maples park. I would recommend staying here. "

"My husband, son and his girlfriend and myself enjoyed our stay! Clean, warm, quiet, w comfortable beds and very hot shower all greatly appreciated after a day of hiking in Lost Maples. We could watch the game, easy to figure out the TV set up.The loft got overly warm when we turned on the heat so the kids slept in their camper van out front, which was fine. Lofts are just built for the heat to rise and they get toasty. Even though the cabin is close to the road it was quiet. Thank you we had...
