"Really nice small town hotel. Extremely friendly front desk. Somewhat dated decor but you know what, it was not worn or frayed and it was clean. Had a king size suite on 3rd floor and have zero complaints. Everything worked: TV, lights, AC, bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Worth saying again we felt everything was clean. Breakfast was fine, coffee was fine. Got the kids a complimentary candy at check out. Would definitely go again. "

"It was "just a place to sleep a few hours". Biggest complaint, room was HOT, AC was not on to cool the room. Took 1.5 hours to cool it off.. "

"Everyone was nice. Hotel was clean. Great breakfast included bacon sausage pancakes biscuits and gravy and fruit. My only complaint was the beds were not super comfortable but since I am very particular on my mattresses, I don’t fault them for this. It was a nice stay. "

"This home was 3 minutes from the baseball fields where my son was playing a tournament. It was very convenient! The inside of the house is beautiful and very open. We had 5 people staying there, but it could easily accommodate more without feeling cramped. The host was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and easy to contact anytime we had questions. We would love to stay here again!"

"I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them...

"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again."

"Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed, close to baseball fields and the board games & pasties were an added bonus! We’d stay again for sure!"

"The area where the house is located is beautiful. I suggest showing up during the day because if you have city people with you like I did, they might freak out not being able to see their surroundings. I personally was not scared and love how the secluded area is. also there is zero Wi-Fi or cell service inside the house but sitting on the porch I was able to get cell service. very clean I would definitely stay there again. Huge plus in my opinion was the water pressure in the shower!!"
