"The Pearl is perfect. The week we spent at this well stocked house was one of the most relaxing vacations. The quiet and beautiful setting is ideally located across a quiet street from open water. "I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean. "There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets.
