"This was our first time at OOB and we will be coming back! The hotel check in was easy and Shirley made our stay exceptional.
The location couldn’t be any better. On the beautiful and uncrowded beach, quiet except for the occasional train across the street, and walking distance from all the activities.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean: our room, the heated pool, and the surrounding areas.
The only suggestion we have are the beds are not very comfortable. Very...
"Loved the "vintage" style of the Inn. Everyone of the staff were very nice, polite and respected our privacy.
The only/major problem is the parking, very small spots and designation of room number to parking spot didn't allow larger cars/trucks to pick a spot where they could fit. We had to work quite hard to get our truck into our spot then didn't move it because of difficulty parking, this hindered most of our sightseeing greatly. Other than parking, the Rebekah was wonderful!"
"Everything is brand new! Beds were extremely comphy, right on the beach with a shower for rinsing coming off the sand. Pool is clean and well kept, picnic tables right on site for family dining options, walkable to everything. We will be back, loved it here! The best part was the staff, friendly, hardworking and extremely inviting! "
"Had an amazing time there. You could tell that people who stayed there previously were not kind to the stuff in the room, but overall the room was nice and spacious. Only downside is that we were on the top floor and there are no elevators in the building we were in. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable either."
"The 1802 House is a charming bed and breakfast in beautiful Kennebunkport. Juliana welcomed us and was a truly wonderful host. The inn is lovely and breakfast was top rate. Our only complaint is that our stay was so short! We would absolutely stay at The 1802 House again when in Kennebunkport amd would recommend a stay there to family and friends. "

"Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.
Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. "
