My fiance, our daughter and I stayed July 14-18 and had the best time relaxing on the water ☺️ the property is very nice and clean and the owner (Curt) lives right next door so it was nice knowing if any issues arise he's just a few steps away. The covered dock was excellent and where we spent most of our time. The location of the property is just about 15 minutes outside of Camdenton and there are plenty of things to do when you venture into town. We have no complaints at all about our stay and look forward to visiting again very soon!!

Family Reunion Trip

We needed a place for our family of 5 to sleep and relax while meeting up with a 30+ person family reunion. This place was perfect. My kids fished every morning. The beds were comfortable and everything worked perfect. We had zero issues and would definitely stay here again if close to main house for next family reunion in two years!

Very Nice Bungalow

At LOZ for a quick birthday celebration. Owner lives next door, and is very friendly. If you rent a boat at Pirates Point (recommended), this property is very close. Very few steps to water. Dock is solid. Great deck to enjoy your morning coffee.

It's location works well for persons attending concerts at The Ozarks Amphitheater. It's less than 10 miles away. It's small. Very little room inside. The kitchen is a one person space.

Great little lake house.

We had 4 people and stayed for the weekend. The house is really little but it suited our needs just fine! The beds are super uncomfortable which is my only complaint. Othetwisethe house was very clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the dock was great and really quiet!

5 night Stay

Make sure to watch your junk email for email from Evolve who manages this property. It will supply door code and person's phone number if needed at all. Camera shots make things look more roomy. Kitchen floor has a tilt to it. Reminded me of many fishing cabins i have been in. I did like the property since parking is near door. If you fish the left dock inside it's square has nice catfish waiting to bite when i was there. Would recommend rwmoving the other boat lift due to noise from boat wakes unless it gets fixed. I did park a tri-toon on the open side since it has a double. Good water location for swimming and fishing.

Small and Cozy

The dock and lift were very nice to have back in this somewhat busy, but relaxing cove. There were new soaps available in the kitchen and bathroom areas upon arrival. The road to the location was nice and parking at the house was decent. During the stay, it was noted about some areas that could have some attention placed on them. The house needs some updating and attention to detail in regards to the common wear and tear and usage of the house. The bathroom and deck were the major areas for this. It was a nice place for a getaway.

Fantastic

Had a fantastic stay and a great time! Was in a great cove and great location from where we rented our boat. Curt was next door and was a gracious host. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet lake weekend to unwind!

Clean but parking with a boat was impossible

Parking with a boat was extremely difficult/ impossible. Blew a circuit breaker while using microwave. Could not find breaker box, as it was located under a crawl space?
