"Very nicely renovated lake cottage on a protected cove of the lake. Furnishings were minimalist, but new, quite adequate and comfortable, and appliances appeared new. The view from the deck was very nice, grill worked great, and we had breakfast each morning at the little outside (covered) bar. The only material week point was that the stairs down to the lake are older and a bit quirky. But, rennovation of those is planned for phase 2, so that aspect should improve. "Wonderful stay that made visiting with family down the road at the lake extremely easy. Perfect location to Camden for any of our food shopping needs. Really made it easy with a child under two."

"We loved our stay! The house was wonderful and very spacious. We have a large family so the extra space was a huge plus. Got to wake up in the morning, drink coffee on the deck, and watch 2 deer and bald eagle on a sandbar in the river. It was awesome. Homeowner was very responsive and helpful! "

"The property is great for family’s, a lot of room! The location was perfect being around the corner from Shaw outdoor recreation , to rent pontoons and tubes etc. Nice dock for your boat. The property has everything ! We were a beach family but this visit has turned us into a lake family ! We already plan to come again next year. Also a plus , is it has things for all ages ! Property manager was excellent !"

"Shane was AMAZING!!! So responsive & quick and it was SO great having him host my VERY 1st VRBO rental. We truly felt like we were at home. Had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was so well equipped, the bedrooms were very big and beds comfy, the living room off the kitchen offered enough space to relax, the sunroom was massive & the backyard screened in porch overlooking the lake was AMAZING!! "We stayed at this house 5 years ago and my boys and grandkids had such a great time everyone wanted to go back. The house is great with 8 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, very nice kitchen and dining room area. The house right on lake Wateree SC and there is a dock for fish and swimming. They also have a paddleboard, kayak, and folding chairs to use. We all had a great time fishing and swimming it was a great family time together. We will defiantly be looking to book this house again as everyone wants to...

"Excellent rental!. It’s tucked away in a very nice and private location. Centrally located on the lake. Beautiful big water, main channel view. Owners have done a great job getting this place set up. The host communicated very promptly. We will be going back. "
