"We had a really nice time at Bethel. The house was lovely and spacious enough for our group of eleven. We had six adults and five kids and the bedroom layout worked well. The kids had a place to hangout downstairs while the adults played games at the enormous dining table. We experienced colder than normal temps in August but that didn’t stop the kids from using the beautiful pool. Bethel is a very cute town, we absolutely loved checking out all of the waterfalls and swimming holes in the area...

"From reserving to the check in process things could nit have gone smoother. The pictures of the property only capture a little bit of the home. Its inviting and comfortable. "We stayed for a full month and loved it! It was just what we needed and Tony has thought of everything. He was great to work with. The house was clean and everything we needed was available. "We had such an incredible stay! Beautiful views and the house is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it for a small gathering like we had. The only bummer was the hot tub was like half broken and kinda questionable looking. But other than that, Beautiful property and views, clean, well decorated, plenty of space. "We had a brilliant stay at the mansion. The views are gorgeous and the garden is supernice to play games in which are all there (croquet, cornhole etc). Inside the house is very well done and when with a bigger group everyone can still do their own thing. Play games and watch tv downstairs, use the living room and kitchen on the first floor and sleep and relax on the second floor. Can absolutely recommend"

"The house was cozy and spacious , my family enjoyed the amenities like the pool table and Jacuzzi! We spend a lot of time on the deck/porch it had space enough space for our family of 12 , the only thing is that I would have liked the deck lightening to be more stronger."

"This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend...

"Our stay at River Ranch was great. House was clean and well stocked. Very close to South Ridge Lodge (walking distance if you're up for it, though it would be a trek with gear). Michele was very communicative. AND we got 3 feet of snow - couldn't ask for a better time!"

The house is clean, large enough for a big group of us, located near Screw Auger Falls, cute towns, good spots to eat-- which were all uncrowded since it's off season.
