"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. "The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Nice house in Tuscany Style with amazing location on a mountain. Really great pool and generous space for 4-6 persons. Great area with many nice locations like Assissi, Pienza, Siena, Cortona etc. We would not book this house again because of too many horsefly insects at the Pool and mosquitos in the house. Also missing aircondition leads to too high temperature especially at nights. Really nice house with small deficits."
