"also der Georg (Manager ) immer hilfsbereit , freundlich Note 1 { sehr gut ) Wohnung , alles was das Herz begehrt ist da! Lautstärke , Tagsüber war etwas laut , aber nicht ganz so schlimm , wie einige hier geschrieben haben , Nachts sehr leise, konnten schlafen ! Pool auch ok ! das einzige negative , Mückenplage , da sollte man vorsorgen ! waren 24 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt danke Georg"

"Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Robert und Viviani verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. An alles wurde gedacht und bei Hitze funktioniert die Klimaanlage bestens. Man wohnt neben den Besitzern. Aber alles ist so arrangiert, dass man seine Privatsphäre, aber auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Robert und Viviani hat. Beide haben gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Unsere Tage haben wir nachmittags am Pool ausklingen...

"Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

"This villa has the potential to be very good if a small refurbishment is carried out. Therer is aircon in all bedrooms and the livingroom which is great however some wardrobes etc in the rooms need replaced as doors were held closed by weding paper in the gaps. "A spacious, neat home. The contact with the owner is very pleasant. The view of the church in te village is very beautiful. The village of Calvía is nice and quiet, but the sights are nearby. "Wir hatten als eine Familiengruppe von 7 Erwachsenen eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Privatsphäre und dennoch viele Bereiche, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Plus, außerdem haben wir uns sehr über die Möglichkeit gefreut, einen Grillabend im Garten zu machen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der Vermittlung war stets problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!"

"Our stay at Pedro's house was amazing. The property is even better than it looks in the photos with a lovely pool, garden and seating areas. We spent the mornings sitting on the balcony in the sun and the evenings enjoying some wine down on the patio. "O hotel tem algumas falhas que prejudicam a experiência. Há dois blocos mais novos que são afastados da recepção e é muito ruim chegar a eles com a bagagem (distância, escadas, ladeiras). Não há serviço de maleteiro e o próprio hóspede deve levar suas malas por toda a distância e obstáculos. Isso foi o que mais me impressionou negativamente e, apesar de o hotel ter uma boa estrutura, não me hospedaria novamente. "
