"We stayed 3 weeks while looking for a place to rent. It is old but we got a good deal through Expedia. The beds were excellent, firm. They use a linen service, so I knew sheets and towels were clean. We were in a room facing the road. Security cameras and lights. Quiet. There is a train across the street, but it didn't bother us. "We wondered why all the gas stations within the Danville city limits were shut down at 1 a.m. Even the Carter's across from the motel was shut down and it is 24)7"

"Me and my sport team of 28 people stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The service at the front desk (Sam) was more than accommodating. While the condition of the building may be a little run down, if you’re looking for an easy, simple nights rest and a shower this is the place to go. "

"Super basic no frills room, small. Bathroom updated, but furnishings could use updates. Clean and fridge, micro, ice, all the essentials.Smelled like smoke so certainly not a non smoking room. Overall an option for a quick sleep when passing through."

"Really should have given it the highest rating just to offset the people who gave it unreasonably low ratings. This is not a five star resort...and it isn't priced like one. Reading some of those reviews, I almost opted to spend more money and stay somewhere else. But I thought I'd give this a try and I'm glad I did.
