"This property is nothing short of amazing! From the fully stocked kitchen, to the fully stocked linen closets were all so clean and organized. Soap, laundry detergent, kitchen cleaning supplies were all available. The location was amazing and the short drive to the beach was perfect! But what made the stay even more better, was the host! Super sweet, patient and accommodating to every need we had. I can’t wait to stay here again!"

"We were driving up from West Palm Beach on business and two of our boys live in the area, one in Jacksonville and one at Ft. Stewart. We all met here for a quick weekend visit. The pool was great! Had some awesome chairs and a wagon for the beach. It was wonderful! Super comfortable beds and pretty house! Loved it!"

"The check-in process was simple. The house was immaculate. Big kitchen with everything you need. The view, gorgeous. The pool was refreshing and great for all ages. There are three units (one per floor), all which were occupied, and we did not feel crowded whatsoever. My family and I are already looking to book again. "

"Great property, in an ideal location, with all the amenities! Would definitely recommend. Only issue with being on the ground floor was that you could hear all the footsteps above. But pros far outweighed any cons so again, would highly recommend. Pool was awesome. Beach as well. "

"We had an amazing two day stay in Amelia Island. The property was just as described and there was plenty of room to both be together and spread out while inside. The sunrise on the patio was beautiful! Very short walk down the dock to the beach. Lots of shells, but not lots of people. "

After seeing the return vent caked with it, and hearing the handler working like crazy in the garage, we pulled the air filter and it was soaking wet and full of dust. The guest bathroom ceiling was sagging and the tub was an absolute slip hazard. "
