"The house sits high up on the hill with a big deck overlooking the lake. Viewing the lake with coffee in AM, watching the lake activity during day and seeing the moon and lights across the water with a glass of wine at night was lovely. The lake in front of the house is a no wake zone which affords a calmer setting which was really nice. The owner lives in the area and was quickly attentive to answer questions and resolve any small issues that came up. Highly recommend this home."

"This house was a great find! We were attending a wedding at Lake Hopatcong and instead of staying in a bunch of hotel rooms, we choose this home. Four spacious bedrooms, extra beds for additional guests and everything we needed to enjoy being together as a family. "We had an amazing stay at the property! Surprised my mom for her 70th birthday and had so much fun. Loved sitting on the front porch watching the cars go by and the sheep grazing across the street. Swam in the pool, relaxed in the wood fired hot tub, played lawn games, and built a fort with the human sized lincoln log set. I'd highly recommend this property for any family looking to have a relaxing weekend in the country."

We were able to easily park in one of the town garages and walk out the door into the festival each day. There are great restaurants near by.
