Beautiful mountain and sea views, free wi-fi, private pool & games room

Our Villa has its own private, South facing, swimming pool (9m x 4m) and beautiful sea views, with tiled patio bathing area, sun beds, umbrellas and outside shower. Pool towels are also provided. NB: Swimming Pool access is via steps down to the lower level. The pool will NOT be shared by 2 different groups.

All our 5 bedrooms are large and spacious; 3 rooms have large king-sized double beds, 2 rooms have single beds (one with 3 the other has 2). All beds have foam mattresses to ensure an excellent nights sleep. The bedrooms are located over both floors - 2 on the lower floor (with the games room area) and 3 on the upper floor with main living rooms.

The living room has a private patio with amazing mountain and sea views, perfect for those evening drinks when all the village lights come on below. The spacious family kitchen has a large solid wood kitchen table and chairs, microwave, cooker and fridge/freezer and a very well stocked selection of pans & cooking utensils.

The second floor open plan living area comprises of a games room, BBQ private patio, a small BBQ kitchen and shower room. Whilst this living area is completely separate from the other floor, with it’s own entrance, it has an connecting staircase to the upper floor (with lockable door) so is ideal for both large families and groups of friends.

NB: The villa will be rented as either a 3 - 4 bedroom villa or a 5 bedroom villa, therefore the swimming pool will *not* be shared by 2 different parties/groups.

*** Our Villa has a Games Room available for all bookings. It includes a full sized Pool Table, darts board, cards and dominos

The villa has free wifi internet and is within easy access to good levada walks.

The property is situated in banana groves and built on the terraced mountainside in a peaceful & tranquil hamlet.
The two local cafés are a 5 minute walk away. There is also a great children's play & picnic area nearby too. The local village is a picturesque 15min walk with bars, a shop, church, post office & cash machine.

LOCAL Activities: Paragliding - has become quite famous in Madeira because of the fabulous views and beautiful locations. One of the great locations for this sport is Arco da Calheta - 10mins from Casa Vista do Ledo - because of it’s frequent good flying conditions all year round.

DIVING- A great place to go diving is off the coast of the small village of Madelena do Mar which is 10mins - 15mins drive from Casa Vista do Ledo.

The BEACH and MARINA area offers plenty of sports activities to, from water sport rentals, dolphin spotting trips, to beach Volleyball
