Our property was built in 2022. It features a charming bedroom with a queen-sized bed and comes equipped with a gas stove for cooking enthusiasts. You'll find ample living room space and the space is all furnished with cozy décor.

You can easily grab groceries at Safeway across the street and take the C-Train for your next adventure.

Infuriating check-in, great location, great parking, stained bed
THE GOODThe location is great, and the heated underground parking was included and really nice. Spots in the garage were a good size as well. The unit was generally clean, and the building was quiet. Nice view of downtown off the balcony. Easy to get in touch with the owner/host.THE BADThe check-in process was inexcusably bad - the smart lock to the unit requires you to make an account but there is no way to make an account with an international number (US and Canadian numbers only). I had to call their support line to find this out. This is a gross oversight for a vacation rental, and if I wouldn't have had a friend in the city that was willing to meet me at the unit with their phone to get an account set up (the lock needs to connect to Bluetooth - no remote access for guests), that I could then log into, I would have been absolutely out of luck. This was infuriating and inexcusable, and the ON-based landlord was not able to help in any way.The bedding was clean but stained - also inexcusable for a rental. Furthermore the slats on the bed had fallen out onto the floor when I arrived - I had to reassemble it myself. Another gross oversight. In addition to this the shower curtain was dirty/stained

Easy Access to Transit
Located close to transit and in an area of pubs, dinning and grocery shopping. Small apartment. Apartment works well for one person. Bedroom is sadly too small-bed location denies closet access and abuts walls on three sides.
