"I was on a weekend get away with my Grandson's. We did arrive early, they nicely stored our suitcases until our room was ready. When did arrive at our room there were no towels. I asked a girl in the hallway for towels and she was going to bring some to our room, but never did. I picked up some from the front desk. The next day I asked another lady for hand towels and face cloths and she brought them to our room. The lady in the breakfast room was fantastic. "

"This is a great hotel located about 20 minutes walk from Saddledome. Nice rooms. Good hot tub and breakfast. Really nothing to complain about "

"We had an excellent stay. Only complaint was the kids running up and down the hallways but that happens. Would stay here again "

"The Kibg bed was very comfortable. We didn’t like that it took several minutes both morning and night to get any hot water. "

"The room was beautiful, however, it did take a long time to get hot water. I do want to thank both Expedia and the Courtyard for refunding me one night's stay due to a family emergency. I appreciated it. My husband took violently ill, but thankfully has fully recovered. "
