"The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc"

"Very nice villa and pool, in a large garden filled with different fruit trees. It is private, neighbouring houses are a long way away. We didn't have any issues with the road either driving it or walking. Lovely views of the mountains. Thank you Peter, we had a much needed rest and relaxing holiday. Agree with an earlier reviewer, Orgiva has its own vibe. It is very laid back and you can find everything you need."

"Beautiful property overlooking the sea - well equipped and modern inside with tasteful decor. Wonderful communal pool which was deserted most of the time. Set in lovely landscaped gardens. Have given 4 stars only because it is quite a walk into La Herradura down steep hills - about 20 mins - 30 mins. Because it was so hot and humid (34 degrees and 80% humidity) we didn't attempt it and drove - would have been nice to be able to walk into town to get food but then you would sacrifice the location...

"I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house...

"Ein rundum schöner Urlaub! Wir sind vom Vermieter und dem Verwalter sehr freundlich empfangen worden- trotz der späten Ankunft. Das Haus war sauber, entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und ist gut ausgestattet. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war war der Kontakt sehr nett. Das Haus und der Pool haben eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Lage am Hang erschwert allerdings zu Fuss in den Ort und an den Strand zu kommen. Auto ist empfehlenswert! Wir sagen herzlichen Dank! Haben die Zeit sehr genossen....

"We were 2 couples staying for 2 months. Spacious, clean and Maria was terrific. Any questions were kwikly dealt with. Main bed was a little soft but really not enough to complain about. Would highly recommend."

"The location is fascinating full of history. Impressive tropical garden surrounds the house, outdoor space to eat under the plants, swimming pool, convenient access to the beach in 12 minutes on foot, well-equipped kitchen and fresh and comfortable rooms. "Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. La maison est très bien, l'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les environs... La vue imprenable sur la mer est dépaysante et reposante. Le quartier est calme. Tout le nécessaire est inclus dans la maison. Le propriétaire et son fils sont très à l'écoute et répondent raidement et efficacement aux petits soucis rencontrés. Nous avons passé avec nos enfants de très belles vacances. "
