"I gave this property a 5 star rating because: (1) it is super clean, (2) it is well stocked with everything you'll need including toiletries and paper goods, (3) it is in a great neighborhood and is well maintained, (4) the landscaping is beautiful and the pictures and description in the listing are spot on accurate, (5) it is a very quiet and private setting with a beautiful pool and hot tub. "I met up with two friends to enjoy a beach trip, and the location cannot be beat! A few steps from the beach, plenty of supplies, a few blocks from the commercial district with restaurants and shops. Bob was attentive and helpful as a host. We had a great stay and slept well in the beds! As an adult I slept on one of the bunk beds and it was very comfortable!"

"I stayed in this clean little cottage with 2 friends. The beautiful white sandy beach is just steps away and provide a gorgeous foreground for beautiful sunset photos. It was nice to have ice already made when we walked through the door. The bed was comfortable and the pull out bed just needed a little padding on the bar. We would definitely return for another visit. "

"The house was spacious with several places to hang out - the main family room, the covered porch and the patio. Great to have the TV in the porch area, as we were there at Thanksgiving and football time was greatly enjoyed! The heater on the pool was not working, so if your group wants a heated pool, check with the host that it's working before booking your stay."

"Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! We had not called about it so obviously it was already planned. Very nice location easy to find and get to. "

"We had a party of ten ages ranging from 26 to 92. The five bedrooms, full kitchen, lower level with foosball table, outdoor enclosed pool with bar, grill and tv to stream Christmas movies made this an ideal space for our group. Large kitchen table that fit our whole group for meals and games was great. The two mini bar fridges were helpful with extra space for food and drinks. The full size washer and dryer allowed for keeping up with washing needs. Quiet cul de sac street. "

"Minha terceira estadia neste hotel mas desta vez o quarto em que ficamos se apresentava muito antigo e precisando de teformas. Os aparelhos eletrodomésticos eram velhos, geladeira barulhenta demais e o armário simplesmente caiu só de abrir a porta, quebrando todos os copos. O hotel precisa de uma renovação urgente. "
