"Booked literally a day before we arrived.....very quick communication with hosts. Easy check in, caravan was immaculate. 6 of us in the caravan and it still felt really spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to beach and really close to all the activities on the Haven site. Will definitely use again in the future."

"The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. The house was toasty, and to open the bedroom window and to hear the sea was amazing. "The property is in a fantastic position next to the beach. Views are brilliant. We stayed with our family of two grown up children and their partners. Although the property said it catered for six the top room was more suited to children rather than adults. Master bedroom was fantastic with views over the sea and with a sun lounge off the bedroom. We all enjoyed our stay with a well kitted out kitchen allowing us to self cater. Down stairs toilet an added bonus."

"On first entry, we were surprised by the space. A good size lounge leading through to the kitchen dinner. Lovely rear enclosed garden and worth exploring right to the bottom. It does seem quite endless with a lovely suntrap. Spacious bathroom. Lovely oldy worldy wooden staircase to the 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable bed. Visited Sheringham, Sheringham Park, Walcott, Blickling, Cromer and Norwich. Many beach walks with dinner at the Poachers Pocket. "

"Fantastic thatched cottage, lots of space beautiful decor, Great location. on the green opposite The Fishermans return, very central to the shop cafe pub post office and fish and chip shop. Just a short walk to the dunes and beach. Honestly our 3rd stay at this property and can't fault it."

"This property had the basics, but hard to cook for 8 people with the kitchen tools provided. The beds were not very comfortable, but we all fit. The surfaces were all clean as long as you didn't look behind things. There was also a smell of damp that wasn't ideal. For what we paid, it did the job."
