"2月に家族4人でプレミアムルーム4人定員で予約をしました。朝6時ケアンズ空席に到着なので早いチェックインをメールでお願いしてオッケーを頂ききました。前日に案内、当日に準備完了、滞在中にチェックアウトの案内がメールで届きレセプションには日中しか人はいませんが不自由はありませんてました。オーシャンフロントの絶景、部屋の広さ、周辺のナイトマーケット、スーパーマーケット、レストラン、プロムナード、ラグーン等全てがアクセス抜群で全てにおいて大満足のコンドミニアムでした。キッチンや食器なども充実しており、私たちは主にスーパーでの自炊、たまに外食で贅沢をして過ごしました。次もぜひ泊まりたいと思います。最初の鍵の受け渡しはメールで届く番号をゲートで入力してボックスを開けるタイプなので事前に届く案内はよく読んだほうがいいと思います。自宅よりも広く美しくホテルに泊まるよりも、このアクエリアスを強くお勧めします。バルコニーにいるアリや虫にはご辛抱ください"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Palm Cove Tropic Apartments. The location was quiet and easy to find and close to dining options and the beach. The pool was a wonderful social and refreshing point at the end of each day. We loved our time there."

"Great Communication prior to our stay. Clear instructions on how to enter premises and check in. Two bedroom apartment was spacious for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Cooking facilities were in good working order and the full size fridge with freezer was great. Laundry in apartment was very handy for washing and drying towels and was stocked with laundry detergent. One more roll of toilet paper would have been great 😃"

"Overall ,great location, great view from balcony, just opposite the beach. Comfy beds in all three rooms. Water pressure in the showers were great. High standard of cleanliness. Washing machine and dryer were an additional convenience. However, 3rd bed room AC was not working for the first 4 days. I didn't say anything about it but on 4th day someone just came and fixed which means it was known prior to our arrival that AC was not working. A huge pain thhat I had to carry on each day when...

"This was our favorite stay in Australia! Palm Cove was incredible but this stay put it over the top. The units are updated and very nice. We loved the bathroom. Comfy beds. The grounds are gorgeous. The pool area is perfect. I wish I could live here!"

"We stayed here for two nights, home is beautiful, owners are lovely. We rented the second story and had heaps of privacy. The ground level had another apartment or 2, a beautiful swimming pool with a pair of friendly doggies joining in for a swim and play, but if you don't like dogs they are happy to remove them from the common area. We had an unexpected electrical issue which was promptly resolved by a friendly local electrician. Overall it was a wonderful stay, a great place to host friends or...

"Attending an event at Cairns Convention Centre and Il Centro is a comfortable short walk to this venue at very reasonable price. Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative."

"The accommodation was very spacious. The resort was lovely, however it is not called the Horizons Nine Pool Resort which was confusing when you get dropped off at the address and the property name is Cairns One. The only negative was the tv remote in the lounge was missing and it took 3 days for anyone to confirm where it was. Otherwise great location, amazing facility. I would recommend. "
