Beautiful apartment on the 9th floor, with two large terraces of 50 m2 and 10 m2 with spectacular views of the city and the Bay of CƔdiz. Fully renovated, with a careful decoration. Ideal situation. Close to train station and bus stops. To beaches and downtown. Everything is close. Ideal for couples. In addition to household linen, it has an umbrella, towels and hammocks for the beach. And also 2 fantastic sunbeds for sunbathing on the terrace. Public parking in front of the building (not included in the price).

Cristina nous a rĆ©servĆ© un excellent accueil et donnĆ© toutes les informations nĆ©cessaires pour notre sĆ©jour. L'appartement est merveilleusement bien situĆ©, en premiĆØre ligne sur le port de Cadix, avec 2 trĆØs grandes terrasses au dernier Ć©tage. Tous les monuments du centre ville sont accessibles Ć  pied. La dĆ©coration est chaleureuse et de trĆØs bon goĆ»t, parquet au sol, jolis tableaux, literie trĆØs confortable. Nous avons passĆ© un merveilleux sĆ©jour Ć  Cadiz, un grand merci Ć  Cristina pour sa confiance, nous reviendrons !

Wonderful experience from start to finish

All communication from Cristina was very useful and fast responses were always given. At the check-in, Cristina spend a lot of time showing us around, she also provided a lot of useful local information, maps, recommendations, etc. The apartment is in a fantastic location, it is well furnished and equipped with everything you would ever need. Very clean throughout, we could not have asked for more. We have already booked our next trip.

Estancia sin comparaciĆ³n en CĆ”diz

No hay mejor sitio donde quedarse en CĆ”diz. La casa tiene todo lo que uno necesita (y mĆ”s!) para pasar unos dĆ­as agradables. Se nota que era la casa donde la dueƱa vivĆ­a porque tiene todos los detalles que facilitan una estancia agradable--es un verdadero hogar. La dueƱa nos recibiĆ³ y la comunicaciĆ³n era muy fĆ”cil. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes. Hay tranquilidad total en el apartamento. Ya que estĆ” en el noveno piso, la vista desde los 2 balcones son fabulosas (hay prismĆ”ticos si uno quiere usarlos). Y es todo un lujo ducharse viendo la catedral! Cuando vuelva a CĆ”diz, me quedarĆ© aquĆ­ otra vez, sin dudarlo. Una de mis mejores estancias en apartamentos alquilados en los Ćŗltimos 10 aƱos.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is of the highest quality and very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the home. The bedding and towels are good quality and there are two terraces with fantastic views over the port and over the city. The location is great for the old town but also 10 minutes at the most from the train and bus stations. Cristina was there to meet me at a time of my choosing. And CƔdiz is fantastic so you have everything you could want.

Wonderful views

The views from Cristinaā€™s apt are beautiful; the port view from one side and a view overlooking the Old Town on the other. With so many windows the light is amazing! The terrace is very large and so nice to have a space to sit in the sun and relax, even in March. There is a sun room which also serves as the dining area which is sunny and warm!The location is convenient to all sights. The area is quiet and so is the building. It was convenient to be able to drop off luggage before check in and then meet with Cristina for all the details.The apt is comfortable and furnished with all the necessities. Cristina was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.We certainly recommend Cristinaā€™s lovely apt!

Terrific apartment in an authentic Spanish City

we loved our 3 week stay in this lovely penthouse apartment. The location cannot be beat. Close to the ferry and train station yet bordering the old town. The apartment is on the 9th floor with commanding views from two terraces. One one side, view of the industrial port and morning sunrises and from the other patio terrace, views of the old town, cathedral and rooftops all the way to the Atlantic and nightly sunsets . Simply stunning. You can walk anywhere in about 10 minutes.The apartment is very well appointed. You will find everything you need to cook and be comfortable during your stay. Nice shower and bed.iChristina is wonderful and responsive as a host. We are already planning our next visit.Dave & Sheila, Seattle USA

Great place

Nice big patio overlooking the harbor, and a small deck for a view of the city. Plenty of room with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good location too. Cadiz is pretty small. We took the city bus when we got tired and that works well. Cristina met us and spent a lot of time showing us the apartment and talking about the town.

The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It is a large beautifully decorated apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly want. Great place to stay!

We stayed at this location for approximately 15 days! Its location is great for walking Cadiz. Restaurants were very close, actually everything was. Train & Bus stations were just a couple of minutes walk from place. Views were awesome! Would diffidently stay here again!

Excellent apartment

The apartment is exactly as describedā€¦beautiful, spectacular views, well located to train and sites. My tall husband particularly enjoyed the extra long bathtub after a day of walking. The large terrace was wonderful to view sunrises and the harbour action of a cruise ship or to just relax. Christine is an excellent host, meeting us on arrival and available to answer further questions if needed.

Die Kommunikation mit Cristina, ihre freundliche BegrĆ¼ĆŸung und Vorstellung der Wohnung waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schƶnen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Altstadt. Obwohl zentral gelegen ist es dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kƶnnen die Wohnung empfehlen und wollen auch selbst wieder kommen.

Christina's apartment is well situated for everything you might want to do in Cadiz- beaches or sightseeing. A great view from her balconies too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, very clean and pleasantly furnished. We had a wonderful stay there.

Comfortabel appartement met schitterend uitzicht

Wij waren in Cadiz tijdens Semana Santa. Het was fijn dat Cristina al een boekje en kaart met daarin alle processies had klaarliggen. Ondanks dat er af en toe een frisse wind was, hebben wij vaak op het balkon met schitterend uitzicht over de haven gezeten. Gezwommen bij Playa la Caleta. Cristina is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben het er heel fijn gehad.
