"Great staff all round at check in and checkout and breakfast was very good. A bit disappointed with the shower head, which came off during a shower and could have hurt someone. "Very quiet location.Eventhough there was no reception ,Zack was very prompt in answering any queries.We were also allowed to to leave our cases there as our flight wasnt til evening without any charge .Room very clean and comfortable. Only downside,was we had to key in 4 door codes to get in to our room,I suppose that was a good thing security wise!!"

The only thing we didnt like was being on the ground/first floor, the windows are just above head height, but buses are passing and stopping outside constantly"

"Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area."
