The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a top-of-the-line gas stove.

- A reservation is required to use the tennis court November through June. The cost is $5 per reservation or $20 per month for unlimited reservations. Please visit the Pedregal office (located inside the South Gate to Pedregal, behind the marina) upon your arrival to pay
- NOTE: The maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests. No unregistered guests may stay in the condo overnight
- NOTE: Please be advised, there is construction in the area and is going to continue through strictly controlled work times within the master community of Pedregal HOA
- NOTE: The loud music floating in from Cabo until 3:30 has always been part of the Cabo San Lucas scene

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door. The camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and/or sound while guests are in residence
