We are ready to host you after hurricane Fiona. Our property didn’t suffer damages and we have power, water and internet. Roads are in good conditions and the beach is beautiful.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 8. Free high speed internet with WiFi. Fully air conditioned except on second floor. No elevator. Unit is on 4th floor of a walk up condo. Cooler, beach chairs and beach towels included. Direct access to El Combate beach from condo walkway. Pool is open.

You will be amazed by the impressive views. They are mesmerizing! Sunsets are spectacular. Master bedrooms overlooks the ocean. Second floor sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and superb cross ventilation. Terrace has seating area and a small grill.

Stunning home
We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great, we loved the short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very roomy. It was clean and well kept.

A perfect stay in Combate
This was a perfect place to stay in Combate - the beach was a close quick walk - we even hiked the nature reserve one morning - the breakfast views from the terrace - the mountains and the Caribbean Sea were just exquisite - sunsets spectacular - internet was great - the beds were comfortable yet firm - the two full bathrooms were perfect for two couples - thank you for a wonderful week - we will be back next time for longer!

We wanted sunsets, local fare, and proximity to beach/cabo rojas and this checked off all boxes. Maria is an excellent host. This next comment has nothing to do with the place but do avoid the nearby restaurant - Annie’s unless you want your food in 2.5 hours, food was good though!

2nd Time In 4 years
Great location ion literally 200 steps from beach. Been there on 2019. Knew the location and exact condo well. Condo Needs some attention to detail and refreshing. Same toilet paper holders still not fixed in 5 years. Shower could be updated and looks very worn. No hangers, some light bulbs needed to be replaced. Screens not functioning and some have holes. Shame as the place could really be a stellar property.

Combate holiday
Maria has a beautiful property, true to listing, and easy access to the beach (which is what we were looking for). Great communication and clear instructions. The patio gave wonderful views of the sunset and the iguanas in the trees, which we named and enjoyed watching.

Lovely quiet area near Combate
This was a great place to stay to experience a bit more of a native PR trip. The beach was a short walk away and you got to see local wildlife such as iguanas on the walk. The beach was relatively empty our whole trip but you could see more people down the beach closer to Combate. Local market was super convenient but if you need anything they don’t have or want something else for dinner plan to drive a bit. Only complaint out of my group was the wife thought the bed was a bit hard. I’d definitely come back!

Great property!
We had a great time in combate in this property. The place was very clean! Have all the ammenities that helps families with kids and teenagers have a great time. The kitchen was well supplied, air conditioning are in great shape, the terrace view is amazing and the nearby beach was awesome! Coming back from the beach to the pool in the evening was a great touch. We were able to cook every night, groceries stores are nearby too. We will be back next year!

Just what we were looking for!!
This place exceeds my expectations. I was looking for a vacation place at Combate with beach access and proximity to amenities. This place have it all. The place was sparkling clean with essential supplies for cooking, dinnerware, towels and blankets. It’s a cozy place with a nice plantation decor ( I love rattan and plantation decor) Wi-Fi allows me to do some remote work before enjoying my vacations. Supermarket, drugstore and good dinning places near by. Places to rent kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and JetSkies near by too. We enjoy of Combate beach every day and pool facilities. Only bring your personal belongings. Host also respond quickly to any questions we had. Spectacular ocean view and sunset views from the terrace. Definitely can’t wait to rent this place again for my next vacation in paradise.

Family Vacation
Our family enjoyed this unit and property. The unit was clean and comfortable and had the essentials for preparing our own meals. Our kids enjoyed having the pool to play in. Nice short walk to the beach and nice views from the unit. Maria was quick to respond when we needed additional assistance and guidance during our stay. Wonderful stay!

Great apartment and beautiful view
This was a great apartment that looked exactly like the pictures posted and was precisely described. Everything was clean and well maintained, both in the apartment, as well as the grounds of the development. It was perfect for our family, had a beautiful view, and excellent walking access to both the beach and town (for restaurants). The managers responded quickly to any questions. I definitely recommend renting this property.

Christmas getaway
My family decided we would go to Puerto Rico instead of exchanging gifts. We have never visited the southwest side of the island. Beach was beautiful, but not ideal for snorkeling. The upstairs could use a high boy table and bar stool chairs to really take in the view. Additional keys, few more blankets, salt and pepper shakers, and a few more beach chairs would have been nice. It was a great time and I would do it again!

Best Penthouse to rent in Vistamar
Maria is hands down a super host! She has amazing communication and goes above and beyond for her clients. We had an issue with the gate clicker and she had the problem fixed in less than an hour! We wanted to extend for an extra day and she made it happen in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this amazing Penthouse!

Great location
We had a very nice stay at El Combate beach condo and would recommend this as a place to stay. Here are some pros and cons… Pros: Clean and comfortable, seemed to have everything we needed. The location to the beach is an easy walk out the back gate. As a popular beach, it did get crowded on the weekend with parking on the side street next to the place, but week days were nice and quiet. The grounds are nicely kept and is a perfect spot for a family with younger children. The pool was nice to cool off in and the playground would be great for kiddos. We loved the roof top view but we’re thinking a pub height table would be so much better up there to actually see the view while seated. Nice quiet complex…seemed like most places were empty. Nice surrounding area and town with Annie’s place down the beach for food and drinks and a grocery store down the road. Maria with Management was super responsive when needed. Cons: Even though we were well aware before arriving, the four flights of stairs were a bit much when checking in/out with all of our stuff and after a long day out…lazy ppl problems ;) This was a decent size place for our group of 5, but still my youngest slept on the couch so that the other adult and older sister didn’t have to share a bed. Unless you have multiple littles you are trying to accommodate I don’t feel 8 adults would fit comfortably in this space. I can’t imagine 4 people on the creeky bunk bed and the fold down love seat upstairs isn’t long enough for even my short 10 yr old. Plus it gets super hot upstairs with no A/C.

Four days and four perfect sunsets
Excellent location and very comfortable. This walk up property is exactly as described and was perfect for our family of four. The view from the rooftop balcony can't be beat. Nearby mercado has all essentials. Note property is completely cleaned and only has dishes and cookware. Bring your own salt and pepper!

Amazing Place!
This place was everything I could have hoped for. The pics in the app ate spot on. The view of the beach is breath taking! Maria was great. The toilet broke and she had someone there to fix it that day. Thank you Maria for the beautiful stay!

Perfect location, amazing view
I have only positive things to say about this condo. The whole check in process was smooth, AC works really well, gorgeous view, super clean. The location is prime! Right on the beach, near the town. I will stay there again when I return.

Amazing Places!

Little slice of paradise
Great place to stay! The property was very clean and it suited our family of 4 perfectly! We loved all the amazing views especially from the rooftop terrace during sunset. The location was perfect with great places to eat within walking distance and the very short walk to the beach was a pleasure, especially with the beautiful nature preserve that is along the way. The host was amazing to communicate with, I always had a response within minutes and any issue that we had she was on top of it. The only thing that I would have to mention is that the bed in the main room is very firm and being that my spouse and I don’t prefer extra firm beds we found it to be uncomfortable. Also the futon in the upstairs room does not level out completely so parts of it digs into you, luckily my daughter didn’t mind it that much. Other than that I highly recommend the place.

Fun family time
We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for or large family and the ocean view is amazing. Right in the middle of a wildlife preserve.. the bird watching was wonderful!
